EN 308 — Writing Young Adult and Children’s Fiction
3 credits; 3 lecture hours
In this workshop-based class students will be introduced to the craft and business of writing novels for children and teens. They will write and read stories for young people while learning how to create engaging narrative arcs, dialogue, and description.
Prerequisite(s): EN 131 or equivalent.
